Prof. Wu Runlong Invited to Deliver Academic Report at GRC

Beijing, 16th June 2025 (BISTU)--- The 2025 Modulation of Neural Circuits and Behavior GRC (Gordon Research Conference) held in Vaud, Switzerland saw around 200 experts and scholars in neuroscience from around the world sharing their frontier researches and latest progresses.

Upon invitation from the Conference, Prof. Wu Runlong of College of Instrument Science and Opto-electronics Engineering (also a researcher at Beijing Laboratory of Biomedical Imaging) delivered “A Versatile Miniature Two-Photon Microscope Enables Multicolor Deep-Brain Imaging”, sharing historical development, actual application scenarios, and latest research progress of miniaturized multiphoton microscopy imaging technology.

Beijing Laboratory of Biomedical Imaging, established at Peking University with joint support from Beihang University, BISTU and Beijing Transcend Vivoscope Bio-Technology Co., Ltd., centers on national key demands and global frontier technologies and aims to promote innovative development of biomedical imaging technology across micro-, meso-, and macro-scale levels. With the goal of becoming a leading global research hub, the laboratory integrates multidisciplinary expertise in biomedical imaging, basic biology, and clinical translation to empower innovations in life sciences and clinical medicine.

As one of the leading international academic conferences, the Gordon Research Conferences (GRC) provide an international forum for the presentation and discussion of frontier research in the biological, chemical, physical and engineering sciences and their interfaces. Modulation of Neural Circuits and Behavior GRC is held every two years.
