Beijing, 10th March 2023 (BISTU)--- Cooperation in respect of talent cultivation and employment of graduating students was established between Information Management School of BISTU and Beijing Institute of Radio Measurement of the Second Academy of CASIC (China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited) on the meeting held 6th March 2023 on Xiaoying Campus. The Meeting, chaired by Secretary Chen Bing of Information Management School Commission of CPC BISTU Committee, was attended by Deputy Director Wang Kai of Beijing Institute of Radio Measurement of the Second Academy of CASIC, deans and secretaries of the School, and representative of faculties and graduating students.  

Dean Wang Hongjun of the School offered an introduction to talent cultivation, academic disciplines, academic research, and faculties of the School. She said that the School has laid emphasis on information technology and spared no efforts to cultivating high level talents of applied learning for our nation. She expected to conducted in-depth collaboration with Beijing Institute of Radio Measurement of the Second Academy of CASIC in respect of talent cultivation and employment of graduating students.  

Wang Kai produced an introduction to Beijing Institute of Radio Measurement of the Second Academy of CASIC including basic information, major missions, product research and development, etc. He expressed that both universities and enterprises were shouldering the responsibility of guiding students in their growth. Strengthening communication between universities and enterprises would help explore new types of talent cultivation.  

Vice Dean Kang Haiyan explained postgraduate programs and teaching curricula of the School. Han Congyu of Students’ Affairs Office offered an introduction to basic information about 2023 graduating students. Both parties have reach consent in respect of talent cultivation, entrepreneurship and employment, academic research, etc.  

Chen Bing pointed out that the Meeting was a good beginning. Regular communication between both parties would be established to deepen cooperation, to confirm details in cooperative projects in nurturing high quality talents of applied learning, and to finally achieve mutual benefits in cooperation.
