Supported and guided by Beijing Institute of Electronics (BIE)and sponsored by Computer Commission of BIE (CCBIE), 2013 International Forum on Cloud Computing and Information Security Technology was hosted by School of Computer Science, Municipal Key Lab on Internet Culture and Digital Communication, and UPS magazine on 31^st October, 2013, with the coordination of ICT Research and Computer Lab 360. Participants of this forum were 300-odd experts and professors from universities, institutes, and work units home and abroad.  

Prof. Bai Jianguo, Secretary General of BIE started the forum by a welcome speech. Prof. Li Ning, Chair of Board of CCBIE and Dean of BISTU School of Computer Science declared establishment of Association of Green Data Center Advancement, Sixteen key-note speeches of the forum covered the areas of cloud computing, big data, cloud service, and information security.
