Beijing,　14th January　2023　(BISTU) — A　survey　on　university-enterprise　cooperation　and　construction　of　high-level　research　platforms　was　conducted　on　13th January　2023　by　the　delegation　headed　by　Vice　President　Chen　Xin　at　TRS,　a　listed-company　based　on　BISTU　research　and　technologies.　Chairman　Li　Yuqin　of　Board　of　Directors　of　TRS　and　President　Shi　Shuicai　of　TRS　met　with　the　delegation.　 

Following　a　tour　in　the　new　headquarters　of　TRS,　Chen　Xin　extended　warm　congratulations　to　the　Company　for　moving　into　the　new　building.　He　commented　that　TRS　is　an　outstanding　representative　in　commercialization　of　science　and　technology　research　projects　at　BISTU.　Starting　from　two　offices　and　a　couple　of　staff　members,　TRS　now　has　become　an　industrial　group　with　strong　influence　in　big　data　and　artificial　intelligence　and　the　first　big　data　company　going　public　on　A-share　market.　It　was　the　pride　of　the　University.　BISTU　has　celebrated　its　85th anniversary　and　TRS　was　to　meet　its　30th anniversary.　In　the　New　Era,　both　were　to　embark　on　new　journeys.　Industry-university　collaboration　was　to　be　enhanced　with　strengths　of　both　parties.　Based　on　“BISTU-TRS　AI　Research　Center” ,　strategic　demand　of　our　nation,　economic　development　at　Beijing,　demand　of　artificial　intelligence　industry,　and　the　requirements　on　building Beijing　into　“four　centers”,　we　would　spare　no　efforts　to　making　new　breakthroughs in　key　research　projects,　upgrading　the　center　into　a　state-level　research base,　providing　due　support　to　high-level　academic　disciplines　of　the　University,　and　playing　our　role　in　“fully　implementing　the　strategy　for　invigorating　China　through　science　and　education,　the　workforce　development　strategy,　and　the　innovation-driven　development　strategy　and　opening　up　new　areas　and　new　arenas　in　development” and　“building　China's　self-reliance　and　strength　in　science　and　technology”.　 

Shi　Shuicai　produced　an　introduction　to　TRS　in　respect　of　research　strengths,　qualifications　and　honors,　products　as　well　as　core　technologies　and　application　scenarios　in　big　data,　media　convergence,　artificial　intelligence,　and　data　security.　A live　presentation　was　given　on　radar　system　for　online　information　and　detection　system　for　public　opinions.　Li　Yuqin　said　that　growth　of　TRS　owed　much　to　support　from　the　University.　It　was　expected　that　both　institutions　would　continue　to　strengthen collaboration　to　promote　technological progresses　and　innovation　of　the　industry.　 

The　headquarters　of　TRS　was　officially　relocated　at　Jinyu　Science　and　Technology　Park　of　Haidian　District,　Beijing,　at　the　end　of　2022.　The　new　offices　covered　an　area　of　12,000　square　meters.　The　survey　was　also　attended　by　directors　and　deputy　directors　of　Office　for　Scientific　Research,　Postgraduate　School,　Human　Resources　Office,　Financial　Office,　and　Office　for　Assets　Management　of　the　University.
