Beijing, 24th November 2022 (BISTU)--- Sponsored by University College of Yayasan Pahang (UCYP) and co-sponsored by BISTU, the 2nd Business, Management and Governance International Conference 2022 (BMAGIC 2022) was successfully held online on 23rd November 2022.  

The Conference accommodated more than 200 experts and scholars from 14 countries including China, Malaysia, the UK, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, etc. Themed on “Transformation Management in Organizational Sustainable Development”, the Conference was aimed at promoting academic exchange and communication in this regard and producing viable solutions to issues concerning sustainable development of enterprises in transformation.  

A close academic tie has long been established between University College of Yayasan Pahang (UCYP) and BISTU. Professor Yin Jielin of Business Administration delivered on the Conference a report titled “Exploring the relationships between team leader’s conflict management styles and team passion: From the emotional perspective”. And students of related majors attended the Conference.  

While co-sponsoring the Conference, BISTU strengthened the in-depth collaboration with University College of Yayasan Pahang (UCYP) and enhanced our international academic reputation.
