Beijing, 29th March 2023 (BISTU)--- Working Conference for Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Future Blockchain and Privacy-Preserving Computing successfully completed on 23rd March 2023. The Conference was attended by Vice President Chen Xin, team members of Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Future Blockchain and Privacy-Preserving Computing, and faculties and staff of Office for Scientific Research.
Work reports of Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Future Blockchain and Privacy-Preserving Computing were respectively delivered by Zhang Wei, Yi Junkai, Zhang Yuexia, Kang Haiyan, and Wu Qiuxin. Chen Xin reviewed the reports and expressed that Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Future Blockchain and Privacy-Preserving Computing has made remarkable achievements while providing a solid platform for talent cultivation. A young faculty has just been promoted to professor. Approved by Ministry of Education, admissions of Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Future Blockchain and Privacy-Preserving Computing commenced in 2023.
Chen Xin made arrangements for Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Future Blockchain and Privacy-Preserving Computing in 2023. He said that we should in the first place hold firm resolution to facilitate development of the Center and we should cherish this high level platform and all precious opportunities it would offer. Second, we should stand on firm ground and contribute to the Center with our endeavors. And third, organized research should be strengthened to improve efficiency of the Center.
Despite of disadvantages coming along with covid-19 pandemic containment in 2022, Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Future Blockchain and Privacy-Preserving Computing took initiative in undertaking research and development projects and completed a series of projects while writing over 30,000 lines of codes. It actually made contributions to improvement of high level research of the University, construction of Beijing as an international innovation center for science and technology, and enhancement of our competence of serving national strategy.
