Beijing, 22^nd November 2022 (BISTU)--- Faculties of BISTU School of Information and Communication Engineering were granted awards in Most Innovative Design, Best Engineering, and two awards of state-level on the second Teaching Case Design Competition in Electronic Information Courses among Universities of China. The Competition was co-sponsored by Teaching Steering Committee of Electronic Information Courses in Higher Educational Institutions of Ministry of Education and Electronics Group of Joint Association of National Demonstration Center for Experimental Education and organized by Beihang University.  

Teaching Case Design Competition in Electronic Information Courses among Universities of China was aimed at promoting design capacity and teaching competences of faculties of electronic courses and facilitating extensive application and sharing of advanced teaching philosophies, contents, techniques, and methods. The Competition was held via video links and accommodated 151 cases from 122 universities all over China in the finals. Awards of the Competition included 1 RIGOL cup, 2 Best Engineering, 2 Most Innovative Design, 30 state-level first prizes, 50 state-level second prizes, and 71 state-level third prizes.  

School of Information and Communication Engineering has paid great attention to enhancement of teaching competences of faculties. Following the achievement of winning 1 state-level second prize in last year’s competition, faculties of the School has won a number of awards this year with sound preparation and organization. It displayed the educational features of the University in information technology and industries. Taking this opportunity, the School would continue pushing forward staff development to cultivate first-rate talents.
