Beijing, 25th May, 2021 (BISTU)—  A number of BISTU teams are honored for their outstanding performances on 2021 RoboCup held 19-22 May 2021 in Tianjin of China.  

Quite a few teams from prestigious universities, such as Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Southeast University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, etc., compete in four sessions of the Contest, i.e., RoboCup robot football, robot rescue, family robots, and RCAP CoSpace.   

Water, a robot team of School of Electromechanical Engineering, is honored with two gold medals respectively in medium-sized robot group and skill challenge group.  

I-kid, a team of School of Instrumentation Science and Opto-electronics Engineering, wins the championship of skill challenge section and the third place in humanoid group.
