Beijing, 13th October 2022 (BISTU)--- College of International Education based on Jianxiangqiao Campus celebrated the opening ceremony for 2022 new international students on 12thOctober 2022. The Ceremony, hosted by Vice Dean Hu Zhangyu, was held online and offline and attended by all deans, all faculties, and all new students enrolled in 2022.

　　The Ceremony commenced following a publicity video of the College. Dean Qu Li of International Education College expressed warmest welcome to all new students. It was hoped that new international students would enjoy their wonderful and meaningful life and learning at BISTU and become a bridge of cultural exchanges between China and their mother countries. Qu Li said.

　　Representative of new students, TOPCHUBAEVA AKBERMET from Kyrgyzstan, shared her thoughts and expectations on college life. KLICHOV MAKHSAD from Tajikistan talked about his learning and life at BISTU in the past years as a schooling student. He extended gratitude to all faculties and encouraged new students to work hard, learn and feel Chinese culture, and achieve the best as they could.

　　Director Dai Donghong of Teaching Department and Deputy Director Yi Rong of Admissions and Students Affairs Office offered introductions on teaching arrangements and other daily issues. 　

　　The Ceremony symbolized a new beginning of all new students enrolled in 2022. They have started to await brighter and happier future.
