A Pearson delegation of four led by Subroto Mozumdar, Director of International Higher Education, visited School of Computer Science. Prof. Li Ning, Dean of the School and Prof. Chen Xin, Vice Dean of the School met the guests.  

Prof. Li Ning welcomed the guest and introduced history and status quo of the School. He also explained international cooperation and teaching reform that is being conducted. He hoped that Pearson and the School could collaborate in respect of exchange and resources sharing. Subroto Mozumdar said Pearson would like to start relevant cooperation with School of Computer Science and provide the faculties with free academic resources. Prof. Chen Xin pointed out that the School was ready to cooperate with Pearson in the field of curriculum development, talent cultivation and staff training.    

Both parties further discussed and explored possibilities and feasibilities of cooperation in actual projects, including the online teaching system MyLab, qualification accreditation, staff development, and international academic cooperation.
