The Forum of International Forum on Training Excellent Talents & Enhancing Social Contribution was held at Beijing Conference Centre on the morning of May 15th, where Mr. Zhang Yong, the director of ZTE Center of Education Corporation, delivered a report entitled ZTE’s Integrating Innovation Project for an Excellent 2013; Prof. Jiang Yijian, Vice President of Beijing University of Technology, Stronger Industry-academy Collaboration in Training Excellent Engineers; Prof. Mary Ellen Mazey, President of Bowling Green State University of the U.S.A., How to Promote University Partnerships to Impact Society; Prof. Diarmuid Hegarty, President of Griffith College Dublin of Ireland, How do We Define Student Success; Prof. Leehter Yao, President of Taipei University of Technology (Taiwan), Cultivating Entrepreneurs to Succeed in a Rapid Changing Economy; Liu Gonghui, President of BISTU, On the Training of Excellent Talents. All the speakers talked about their reflections on excellent talents training in light of the actual situations in their respective working places, and shared their trials and practices in this regard.
