Beijing, 25th April 2026 (BISTU)--- BISTU joined Siyuan Alliance (Siyuan Coordinated Innovation Alliance for Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology) on the 2026 Annual Academic Conference of Siyuan Alliance held in Chengdu on 24th April 2026. The Conference was attended by Academician Bao Weimin, Academician Wang Wei, Academician Zheng Zhiming, Academician Yu Dengyun, Academician Zhou Zhicheng, Academician Yang Hong, Academician Fu Mengyin, Academician Li Dong, and experts from founding members and council members of the Alliance. BISTU delegation headed by Vice Chairperson Yu Shijie of the University Council also attended the Conference.

Academician Bao Weimin presented the council member plaque to Yu Shijie, symbolizing that BISTU has officially joined Siyuan Alliance.

Yu Shijie expressed that the University would contribute to innovative ecology, academic exchange, technological research, and joint talent cultivation of the Alliance. BISTU would like to coordinate and share resources with all council members. He added.

Siyuan Alliance is a coordinated innovation organization incorporating industrial sectors, academic institutions, and high-tech enterprises. It is aimed to promote artificial intelligence development in astronautics and focuses on research and application in the field of intelligent astronautic science and technology.
