Beijing, 28th September 2023 (BISTU)--- Teams of BISTU School of Information Management excelled in 2023 Chinese Collegiate Computing Competition with state-level awards, i.e., 1 first prize, 3 second prizes and 1 third prizes, and municipal-level awards, i.e., 1 first prize, 4 second prizes, and 2 third prizes--- a new record high in terms of the level and number of awards.  

Chinese Collegiate Computing Competition is one of the earliest competitions for college students in China opened in 2008. It was sponsored by MOE-supervised universities or related steering committee of MOE and aimed at promoting computing learning and teaching to nurture innovative, interdisciplinary talents of applied learning. 2023 Chinese Collegiate Computing Competition was held on May 2023 online and the finals on state-level was organized from July to August 2023 both onsite and via video links.  

School of Information Management has been putting emphasis on integration of theories with practices to cultivation innovative awareness of students. With devotion of supervising teachers and team members and great support from the School, the teams excelled in the finals with a series of honors.
