BISTU-NCI Engineering Practice Education Centre was recently approved as State level Off-campus Training Base. It is a based jointed constructed by North China Institute of Computing Technology (NCI) of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and BISTU and was approved as a municipal level off-campus training base in 2009.  

This is the second state level off-campus training base, following the frist one--- Practical Education Centre established by BISTU and Zhongxing Telecom Equipment (ZTE)--- approved in 2012.
