Beijing, 26th May 2026 (BISTU)--- President Guo Fu and President Niu Hailong of Beijing CBD International Development Group Co., Ltd. signed strategic cooperative agreement on 26th May 2026. The signing ceremony was attended by Vice General Manager Liu Chang of CBD International and Vice President Li Huatao of BISTU.

Guo Fu produced an introduction to BISTU in respect of academic discipline building, talent cultivation, educational achievements, and future planning. He looked forward to fruitful cooperation between BISTU and Beijing CBD International Development Group Co., Ltd.. Guo Fu stressed that Both BISTU and CBD International are key forces contributing to Beijing's development. Their development strategies are highly aligned, with strong complementary advantages and a solid foundation for cooperation. BISTU would leverage its core strengths in academic disciplines, research and talent in information technology and intelligence to deepen all-round cooperation in areas such as joint cultivation of high-caliber talents of applied learning, joint research on key projects, commercialization of cutting-edge sci-tech findings, and shared internship and employment platforms. He believed that sustained efforts to promote deep industry-education integration and two-way empowerment of sci-tech innovation would boost Beijing's digital economy and regional industrial transformation and upgrading.

Niu Hailong expressed warm welcome to BISTU delegation and President Guo Fu. He offered an introduction to the Group in respect of regional strengths, industrial platforms, core businesses, and corporate development. With its quality free trade zone platform and multi-layer policy advantages, Beijing CBD International Group serves as Beijing’s hub for digital economy and opening-up. As the country’s first enterprise with listed digital assets, Beijing CBD International Group focuses on digital assets, fintech innovation, and foreign-related business. Niu Hailong noted that BISTU’s academic strengths and talent resources are highly compatible with the group’s development needs. The two sides have a solid foundation for cooperation. He hoped to deepen industry-education integration, sci-tech collaboration, connectivity between talent cultivation and employment so as to achieve mutual beneficial cooperation.

Both sides discussed details concerning future cooperation and established a mechanism facilitating the Cooperation.
