Third, it is necessary to construct a new mechanism of coordination for two-way empowerment, i.e., leveraging educational strengths of three provinces and facilitating exchange and communication among senior administrators and faculty of universities in the three provinces. And fourth, it is necessary to build a new service system for educational coordination, i.e., innovating teaching models for individualized and multi-dimensional growth of students and bringing good experiences and successful practices of institutions in Beijing into those based in Xiong’an.

Guo Fu extended warm greetings to all guests and sincere gratitude to educational authorities and friends of the three provinces for their long-standing support and care with BISTU.
