The Working Conference of the Research Center of Beijing College Mathematics Education Development was held in the conference hall of Jian Xiangqiao campus. Zhen Yunli, the chairman of Administrative Committee of BISTU and assistant leader of the Center, and Huang Kan, the director of higher education office of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, presented this conference. Participants included the whole expert team of the Center, the liaison of all member colleges and teachers from other fellow universities.

Xu Xiaoge, Director of the Center, made a summary of the work done in the past year and laid out key jobs in 2013. Huang Kan gave his approval of the achievement that has been made. He pointed out that there was still great room for the development of mathematics education in the innovation of mechanism, the sharing of resources and the forming of integration. He hoped that the Center could do more in these aspects. Participants discussed heatedly on the key jobs of 2013 and the orientation of the Center. They also introduced the experience of their university in mathematics education and expressed their wish to keep exploring the way to promote the quality of this education among Beijing colleges through the Center.
