Academic seminars in the field of electromechanical engineering were successfully hosted at BISTU, delivered by Prof. Wen Kunli and Prof. You Meili from Chienkuo University of Technology and Prof. Liang Rongjin from Ling Tung University. Dean Ge Xinsheng and Vice Dean Yang Qingdong, together with students and faculties participated in the seminars. 

Prof. Wun Kunli and Prof. You Meili gave  their lectures respectively titled “The Quantitative Sensibility —rough set theory” and “The engineering method of sensibility applied to the design of flower arrangement”. Prof. Liang Rongjin made a speech titled “Creative development and realization—product design, creation and invention” concerning creative design method for the students in major of Industrial Design. Afterwards, three professors answered students’ questions and communicated with the department leaders on scientific research and exchange visit of teachers and students.  

Students and staff members of Industrial Design Department were inspired by the seminars that they broadened their mind and knew the stage of major development in other regions better. At the same time it would build the platform for further exchange between Industrial Design Department and Chienkuo University of Technology and Ling Tung University.
