Based on clear rules, MATE would set up missions according to the latest hot marine topics and then requested teams to design ROVs targeted at specific missions. As a highly competitive platform, it had pretty high requirements on team members in respect of reading English documents, on-the-spot defense, and team collaboration. During covid-19 pandemic, MATE opened Telepresence for teams. G_Robot attended the 2022 competition despite of barriers from pandemic containment and finally ranks the 2nd of Mainland and the 6th in the global session.
