In the afternoon of May 15^th, invited by the Center for Psychological Health and Education, Professor Fang Xin, Director of Center for Psychological Consultation and Treatment of Peking University, gave a lecture titled “Relation and Communication in University Dorms”, for over 200 students from various schools.  

With vivid cases, Prof. Fang focused on construction of dorm relation and training of dorm communication, talking about common conflicts and constructive solutions. Asking some students to simulate some conflicts, she guided the audience as to how to deal with different roommates and how to solve problems between them. Her lecture was warmly responded to by frequent questions and comments. 

Graduating from the psychology department of Peking University, Prof. Fang was one of the first registered psychological supervisors in China, with over 20 years’ experience in clinic treatment and training. She is at present the member of the following organizations: ISH, Expert Committee for Psychological Therapist Qualification Exam of Ministry of Health, Expert Committee for Primary and Secondary School Psychological Health Education of Ministry of Education, Clinic and Consultation Committee of Chinese Psychological Society, Working Committee for Registry System, Psychotherapy and Consultation Committee of Chinese Association for Mental Hygiene, and College Students' Psychological Consulting Committee.
