Beijing, 10th May 2018 (BISTU)— Early morning of May 6th sees 150 BISTU students working as volunteers in Bird’s Nest (National Stadium) for Beijing Half Marathon.
Initited in 2015, Beijing Bird’s Nest Half Marathon is an all-in fitness competition based in Beijing with national and international influence. It is also a brand competition with cooperation with the Bird’s Nest---landmark of Beijing Olympic Games--- and participation of a large number of players. Of all 270 applicants, finally 150 students are selected for this event.
The volunteering are working in the area of guiding the tracks for players, managing supply on starting point, time counting, media service, etc.
Team leader Sun Doudou says that BISTU volunteers will see the whole competition through from beginning to end and will be enthusiastic to complete every task assigned to them.
