On Jan. 7, BISTU received 33 international students from South Korea, who are the first group of this kind this year to enroll in a 6-week Chinese intensive course. A welcome Ceremony was held in the academic communication classroom on the campus in Xiaoying. Vice-president Xu Baojie extended a welcome to these Korean students. He hoped that they would not only learn the Chinese language, but experience Chinese culture, and then build a bridge for Sino-Korean cooperation in the future. Team lead teacher educated these students of security knowledge and made an introduction to the discipline and regulations of our university. After the ceremony, the international students took photographs with our leaders and teachers.
