Beijing, 21st October 2025 (BISTU)--- BISTU Business School and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP have engaged in in-depth industry-academia collaboration and exchanges. The two sides held discussions on 20th October 2025 focusing on campus recruitment, career planning guidance, and internships. Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP conducted a campus talk and interviews for its 2026 graduate intake.

Chairperson Cui Kai of Business School Council expressed warm welcome to Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP delegation members. Following an introduction to the School in historical development, academic disciplines, talent cultivation, and academic research strengths, Cui Kai commented that the School has nurtured a number of quality graduates in auditing (computer auditing). Four graduates of this program joined Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP through campus recruitment in 2025, a symbol of success for past cooperation. It was hoped that both sides would explore holistic cooperation in field practice bases, career planning guidance, case development, and revision of curricula. Cui Kai added.
Vice Chairperson Yu Dongyang presided over the meeting and explained information of career guidance for students to graduate in 2026. He expected that more opportunities of internship would be provided for current students so that their comprehensive qualities and employment competitiveness would be enhanced.
Vice Dean Liao Ganli of Business School briefed outstanding achievements of the School in building digital and intelligent curricula and reforming interdisciplinary teaching. Feedbacks from recruitment of graduates would help optimize the curricula. She said.
Vice Chair Xing Chunyu of Department of Accounting and Auditing of the School briefed the characteristics in practical teaching, curricula, professional skills cultivation, and school-enterprise collaboration. Strengths of our graduates are based on in-depth integration of computer science and auditing practices. Xing Chunyu said.

Hu Yi, EY Partner in Technology Risk and Data Intelligence, and Song Songhua, EY Partner in Technology Risk of Financial Section, fully recognized professional qualities and technical skills of BISTU graduates. They expressed the wish to strengthen cooperation with Business School and look forward to meeting more outstanding graduates with interdisciplinary background at Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP.

Senior Manager Ren Xifeng of Campus Recruit of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP explained procedures and information about the campus recruitment held at BISTU and offered detailed information on career development and salary & welfare.

Students from College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, College of Information and Communication Engineering, Business School, College of Management Science and Engineering, and College of Applied Science joined the campus recruitment. Altogether 22 out of 28 applicants in line with job requirements would be interviewed by Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP.

The School attached great importance to the campus recruitment. Yin Guobiao, special counselor for students’ employment, has made frequent contacts with enterprises and invested huge efforts in organization and publicity of the event. He also invited alumni to share their experiences in job interviews. More interactions with enterprises would be conducted to promote high-quality employment of students. The School said.
