On Jan. 13, Mr. Liu Deguo, the vice-president of Lenovo and BISTU off-campus MBA tutor, delivered a speech to all the students of MBA educational center on “The Analysis of the Trend of Supply Chain in IT Industry”.

At first, Mr. Liu, according to the integration degree of supply chains, classified its development into five phases: Silo’ed Goals；Scaling Supply Chain Functions；Integrated Supply Chains；Demand-Driven Value Networks；Value-Creation Networks. Based on the features of the five phases, he analyzed the status quo of supply chains of Chinese enterprises. After that, he deliberated on the trend from two perspectives, that is, the influence of new technology on supply chain and its sophisticated classification. At Last, Liu put forward his own view on the construction of green supply chain in IT Industry.
